IFED graduates master practitioners of family engineers
Aug 17, 2022The Institute of Family Engineering and Development Africa (IFED) recently graduated master’s practitioners after completing their training.
The training was the advanced class of its Family Systems Engineering Certification Programme, meant to expose students to advanced family life practice methodologies and the latest cutting-edge intervention tools to gain accelerated competence in assisting troubled families.
The Dean of Studies, Chidinma Nwobi expressed satisfaction at the level of expertise the students have gained and encouraged them to help the world heal with the tools at their disposal.
Nwobi gave a brief about the institute, which was founded to equip family life professionals with cutting-edge tools that can assist families to live better and collaborate for impact across diverse cultures.
“One of the core modules we teach at the Institute of Family Engineering and development during the Family Systems Engineering Certification programme is the family immigration systems,” she stated.
She explained that the premier family life institute is spread across West Africa with students from various countries taking the courses and their graduates practising in over 10 countries.
The Lead faculty head at the Institute, Mr Praise Fowowe, explained the need for African families to learn how to build family systems in other to create a better society.
Fowowe said to build a new nation that will promote the best interest of all and whose culture will give the world rest, “our core presupposition for the course is built on the family being the most important nation on earth and it being the production factory of the society.”
One of the graduating students, Mrs Ayodeji Lawrence, expressed gratitude for taking part in the advanced family systems engineering programme and thanked the institute for producing the most competent family life professionals.
Lawrence highlighted some of the courses they had “My level 1 course equipped me to assist clients across different countries but the level 2 content, exposed students to a game changer because “we have now mastered how to design a community transformation template using some of the tools we have been taught.”
